1st Annual Bioeconomy Career Day event on January 15th

The Bioresource Science and Engineering major in the School of Environmental and Forest Sciences is hosting its first annual Bioeconomy Career Day in the HUB room 337(morning) and room 334 (afternoon) on Wednesday January 15th.
Ocean Tech Career Day on 1/22 – Employer Event for your Students
The College of the Environment is excited to invite fellow Huskies to our upcoming employer event, Ocean Tech Career Day, on Wednesday, January 22. Representatives from various ocean technology companies will be present to discuss their work, advertise open opportunities, and answer questions from students.
This event is a great opportunity for students who are interested in discovering potential career pathways in ocean technology.

The UW Career & Internship Center & UW Alumni Association are excited to announce our Winter 2025 alumni panels:
January 22, 2025 from 4-5pm: Careers in Biotech
February 5, 2025 from 4-5pm: The 3 PMS: Explore Product, Program, and Project Management
These panels provide students insight into various industries as well as advice for navigating their own careers. Each panel starts as a moderated discussion and ends with an audience Q&A.

RSVP now for NOAA Hollings Scholarship application workshops in January
We are hosting workshops this coming Winter Quarter on January 8th and January 22nd at 4:30 pm (FSH, room TBD) for any UW students planning on applying to the NOAA Hollings Scholarship. The upcoming workshop sessions will be structured around applicants being paired with graduate student mentors to receive multiple rounds of feedback on the written components of the application, as well as help with filling out the rest of the application form.
