Joe Kobayashi is an experienced counselor and academic program manager with over 10 years of experience at the UW College of the Environment. He provides academic advising, departmental career counseling, and academic program management for UW Marine Biology.

The Fishery Sciences Building is located on the Southwest side of the University of Washington campus along Pacific Avenue. Advising is located in the School of Aquatic & Fishery Sciences Main Office on the ground floor in suite 116. Students can check in with the front desk reception upon arrival.
